Shipping policy

Free shipping to the US and Canada
Shipping is free on every order delivered to the United States and Canada. No minimum order required.

International shipping
For orders outside the US and Canada, shipping is charged, and the rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Made to order
Every PlushBerry piece is printed and made to order just for you by our production partners (mainly Tapstitch, with some Printful). Because nothing sits in a warehouse, your order goes into production as soon as you place it, which helps us cut waste and overproduction. Orders ship from the United States or from overseas production partners, depending on the product.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive in about 10 days from the day you order. That includes production and shipping. Delivery to some international destinations can take longer, and holidays, peak seasons, or customs checks can add a few days.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation, with a tracking link when one is available.

Orders with more than one item
Different items can be made in different places, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package, on different days.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by the destination country. These charges, if any, are not included in our prices or shipping and are the customer's responsibility.

Check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders go into production quickly, so if you need to change your address or anything else about your order, email us as soon as possible at support@plushberryonline.com. We can't always make changes once production has started.

Late, lost, or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, your tracking hasn't updated, or your package arrives damaged, email us at support@plushberryonline.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
